HONEST BOUNDARIES
Oracle is a configuration consultant, not a message-surveillance or real-time anti-raid bot. The report keeps those boundaries visible so the score cannot be mistaken for a complete security rating.
The report is generated from configuration Oracle actually retrieved. Each section is marked assessed, partial, or unavailable and includes its limitations.
The audit does not read messages, inventory server members, or claim to detect active raids, scams, toxicity, engagement, or moderator performance.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
No. The audit phase reads supported configuration and saves a private report. Nothing changes unless you later select a supported finding, inspect the exact operations, and approve that plan.
No. Improve audits and scheduled configuration checks do not read message content or use it to infer activity, toxicity, spam, or member behavior. Those areas are shown as unavailable rather than guessed.
Oracle needs enough Discord access to inspect the configuration areas listed in the report and to manage only the supported changes you approve. It does not request Administrator permission.
Yes. The audit and scheduled configuration monitoring are included free during the current beta. There is no billing flow in the product today.
